Prepare the following documents for the Registration:

 ALL APPLICANTS, WHO ARE ‘OVER’ THE AGE OF 18

• Principle Applicant Form (or) Co-Applicant Form
• TWO - Recent Color Passport size Photographs
• ONE - Recent Color Full-size Photograph (Showing Head to Toe)
• Police Clearance  Certificate (PCC, no criminal records)

The Following Documents MUST be COLOR COPIED:

• Copy - Current Passport (First and Last 2 Pages of the Passport)
• Copy - Expired Passport(s) (If any, First and Last 2 Pages of the Passport)
• Copy - Valid Driving License, Voter’s ID or other Photo Identification(s) (If any)
• Copy - Valid Visa(s) in the Current and/or Expired Passport(s) (If any)
• Copy - Expired Visa(s) in the Current and/or Expired Passport(s) (If any)
• Copy - Overseas Work Permit(s) or Employment Document(s) (If any)
• Original - Chartered Accountant (CA) Statement

ALL APPLICANTS, WHO ARE ‘UNDER’ THE AGE OF 18

• Co-Applicant Form
• TWO - Recent Color Passport size Photographs
• ONE - Recent Color Full-size Photograph (Showing Head to Toe)

The Following Documents MUST be COLOUR COPIED:

• Copy - Current Passport (First and Last 2 Pages of the Passport)
• Copy - Expired Passport(s) (If any, First and Last 2 Pages of the Passport)
• Copy - Valid Visa(s) in the Current and/or Expired Passport(s) (If any)
• Copy - Expired Visa(s) in the Current and/or Expired Passport(s) (If any)

Then, courier ONE SET of Registration Documents to our mailing address. Once we receive your registration documents, we will review the documents and let you know the possibility of getting the Residence Permit. If you are eligible and interested to proceed further, we will email you our Terms and Conditions agreement and Service Fee Invoice with wire transfer details to pay the first installment of our service fee.

Requirements for "Immigration package" 

1. Inform us how many adult people will be in company (share holders/director) and how many will apply for visa
2. How many kids comes as dependents 
3. What kind of services do you required from us (share/basic company capital 8000 Eur or more, living proof 7000 per adult and 4500 Eur per kid or more, other option for 100% guaranty visa)
   
4. Send us copy of passport for all adult and kids (if have)
5. Send us filled Customer Registration Form include all dependents if they come with you (download here)
   
6. Send us original Police Clearance Certificate (Criminal Record) for all directors/shareholders - (for some country it must be legalized in Ministry of Foreign Affair)
   
7. Send us legalized copy of Birth certificate for all who apply for visa and all dependence if they come with you
   
8. Send us Power of Attorney attested in Czech Embassy (we will prepare it for you)

Requirements for  "Open Work Permit package"

1. Send us copy of your passport
2. Send us filled Customer Registration Form include all dependents if they come with you (download here)
3. Send us original Police Clearance Certificate on your name - (for some country it must be legalized in Ministry of Foreign Affair)
4. Send us legalized copy of yours Birth certificate all dependence if they come with you
5. Send us Power of Attorney attested in Czech Embassy (we will prepare it for you)
