How to establish company in Czech Republic fastest
Currently we offers 2 types of s.r.o companies for establishing in the Czech Republic.

- Type 1 - a new s.r.o. company formation. After all the paperwork is properly notarised and submitted, it takes about ten days for the new entity to be put into the country's Commercial Register (Obchodnà rejstÅ™Ãk).
- Type 2 - a new readymade s.r.o. company - purchase a ready made (shelf) company already registered in the country.

How to register in financial office in Czech Republic ?
You'll need following documents:
- sworn translation of your original business registration
- confirmation evidencing ownership of bank account
- power of attorney to person, representated you company in Czech Republic
Is't possible to employ staff in Czech Republic as a EU company ?
Yes, it's possible. You have the same obligation as a domestic company, especially to settle employee social insurance, health insurance and salary tax.
