• Those who do not review your financial status to get the Visa approval.
• Those who inform you their service fee without analysing your documents.
• Those who do not consider your previous Visa refusals and Visa approvals.
• Those who do not assess your eligibility to get the Visa and Residence Permit.

If any immigration service provider to informs you their service fee without demanding the registration documents as required by European Company Formation, the so-called service provider must be a 100% SCAMMER, who will ‘most likely’ swindle your money. Only a scammer will inform you the 'service fee' without demanding your documents for detailed assessment or by just asking you to ‘e-mail’ the ‘scan copy’ of your passport. Please REMEMBER that there are ‘hundreds of scammers’ on the Internet, who will quote their service fee without asking for your documents! They are ‘desperate’ to swindle your money.

Beware of Scams on the Internet, which guarantee you to obtain the European PR (Permanent Residency) in four weeks! No Genuine immigration service provider can possibly do it! It is legally impossible. According to the EU laws, it will take from 3 to 5 years depend on country of residence to obtain the Permanent Residence Permit (PR) of any EU country.

Beware of the SCAMMERS from the Czech Republic, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria and Spain. The scammers will usually ask you to e-mail no more than the scan copy of your passport, promise you a job and valid work permit! In reality, once you pay the money, the scammer will NOT respond to your e-mails or phone calls! You will never be able to get your money back in your lifetime!

Also, there are scammers, who offer six-months contract job as work permit for 8,000 to 10,000 Euros! The so-called work permit will NOT be in ENGLISH! It will be in scammers native language such as the Czech, Latvian, Lithuanian or Polish! So, that you will not be able to read, know and understand what it is. For Non-EU nationals, who are interested to obtain the Residence Permit of Europe, it is a very important mission with several unknown factors. The scammers make up their own immigration laws, rules, information and force you to believe that they are the only one who could help you to get the Residence Permit of a European Union member country to swindle your hard earned money and spoil aspirations.

European Residence Permit holders are legally entitled to live, work full time or part time in any job sector and study at the same time ONLY in country issuing this permit. European Residence Permit holders are not entitled to live or work (be employed)in any Schengen or EU country other than country issuing this permit. But, the scammers make you believe that once you are granted the European Residence Permit, you can live and work in any European Union (EU) country. Its simply NOT true! Its deception. European Residence Permit holders dont need to obtain visa to travel within Schengen countries and entitled to stay only upto 90 days in a Schengen country. European Residence Permit holders are NOT entitled to enter without a visit visa to a Non-Schengen zone country such as the UK and Ireland. But, the scammers make you believe that once you are granted the European Residence Permit, you can live and work in the UK and Ireland too. Thats NOT legal! Its illegal and you will end up being deported and banned for the rest of your life from getting any type of visa to any European Union (EU) member country.
